1. Acceptance of Terms
By using EZ Gift, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
EZ Gift enables:
Hosts to create event-based campaigns
Contributors to send gifts
Partners (venues, DJs, etc.) to participate in revenue sharing
3. User Roles
Hosts (Campaign Organizers)
Create events
Receive funds
Contributors
Send gifts
Partners
Facilitate events and may receive revenue share
4. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Pass identity verification (if required)
5. Payments & Fees
Platform Fee
EZ Gift charges a percentage-based platform fee
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe
Users agree to Stripe’s terms
Fund Flow
Funds are split between:
Host
Partner
EZ Gift
EZ Gift does not hold funds.
6. Campaign Rules
You agree:
Campaigns must be legitimate events
Funds must be used as described
You will not misrepresent purpose
We may:
Review campaigns
Suspend or remove campaigns
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use EZ Gift for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or deception
Money laundering
Sanctioned transactions
Violent or extremist causes
We enforce an Acceptable Use Policy aligned with Stripe requirements
8. KYC & Verification
We may:
Require identity verification
Request additional documentation
Delay or block payouts
9. Payouts
Funds are paid to verified bank accounts
Account holder must match campaign organizer
Payout timing depends on Stripe
10. Risk & Monitoring
We may:
Monitor transactions
Flag suspicious activity
Suspend accounts
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Fraud risk
Compliance requirements
12. Disputes & Chargebacks
Contributors may dispute transactions
Funds may be reversed
Hosts are responsible for disputes
13. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content
You grant EZ Gift a license to display and use content for platform operation
14. Limitation of Liability
EZ Gift is not responsible for:
Misuse of funds by Hosts
Failed events
Third-party service failures
We provide the platform “as is.”
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EZ Gift against claims arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your campaign
Violations of law or these terms
16. Third-Party Services
Use of Stripe and other providers is subject to their terms.
17. Governing Law
State of New Jersey
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
